SERVICE ADVISOR
- Communication-Clearly communicating customer’s cause, concern, correction.
- Assisting Shop Operations assistant with general phone duties.
- Contacting customers with the preferred method of media to ensure experience and timeliness
- Workflow— Writing/Dispatching repair orders, managing workflow steps, Editing vehicle inspections, meeting customer’s expectations on timing.
- Monitoring technician productivity with foreman
- Communicate with technicians to ensure proper parts & labor accuracy
- Communicate with Shop Operation Assistant on workload & potential workload
- Parts-Sourcing, ordering, receiving, check in, shelving, posting to RO, moving in workflow steps, returns, warranties
- Hold/maintain margins & profitability.
- Hold/maintain high level of quality control
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage calendar efficiently
- Accurately create and update repair orders in the system
- Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, and parts department
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain records
- Maintain clean and organized front desk/waiting area
- Support sales and promotional efforts as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
SHOP OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls as needed
- Support service advisors with paperwork and repair orders
- Help manage parts orders, invoices, and vendor communication
- Maintain office supplies and organization
- Greet walk-in customers and provide general information
- Handle mail, email correspondence, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with scheduling and follow-up calls
- Keep the front office area clean and presentable
- Fill in as needed in any and all areas; perform basic clerical work
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
CLASS A TECHNICIAN
- Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, and engine issues on vehicles.
- Performs routine maintenance services (oil changes, brakes, tire rotations, etc.).
- Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment to identify and resolve problems.
- Follows repair orders and maintains detailed service records.
- Ensures vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
- Communicates findings and repair needs with service advisors or customers.
- Keeps work area clean and comply with shop safety procedures.
CLASS B TECHNICIAN
- Performs intermediate repairs and diagnostics on engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Assists A-Techs with complex diagnostics and repairs.
- Conducts routine maintenance and safety inspections.
- Uses scan tools and equipment to identify fault codes and performance issues.
- Completes repair orders accurately and on time.
- Maintains a clean work area and follows shop safety standards.
- Keeps up with technical training and manufacturer guidelines
CLASS C TECHNICIAN
- Performs basic maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assists higher-level technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
- Inspects vehicles for visible issues and reports findings.
- Prepares vehicles for service, including cleaning and minor adjustments.
- Uses diagnostic tools under supervision for basic troubleshooting.
- Keeps tools and work area organized and clean.
- Follows instructions and repair orders from senior technicians.
CAR WASH PERSON
- Washes and cleans vehicles inside and out, including windows, exterior, and tires.
- Vacuums and cleans vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and mats.
- Applies wax or protective coatings as needed.
- Prepares vehicles for customer pickup by ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
- Follows shop safety procedures and handles cleaning products properly.
- Assists with organizing and maintaining the car wash area and equipment.
- Reports any vehicle damage or issues noticed during cleaning to management.
CONCIERGE DRIVER
- Provides safe, reliable, and timely transportation for clients to designated locations.
- Offers exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and well-kept vehicle at all times.
- Adheres to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Coordinates with concierge or management to confirm appointments and destinations.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
